libjpegのライセンス表記について気になるところがございまして、libjpegの公式サイトからjpegsr9.zipを入手し、その中に含まれるREADMEファイルのLEGAL ISSUESを確認すると、

> (2) If only executable code is distributed, then the accompanying
> documentation must state that "this software is based in part on the work of
> the Independent JPEG Group".

とあるので、（現行のCopyright表記に加えて）「this software is based in part on the work of the Independent JPEG Group」という文章が必要なように思いますが、大丈夫でしょうか。
